Kyle Estes

Kyle is a lifelong Southwest Missouri resident with his family having deep roots in Christian County dating back nearly 150 years. Kyle is a multi-million dollar producer with over 14 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. His career started in the business with Gregg Stancer and he has transitioned to the sole owner and broker of Estes Stancer Commercial Group. In addition to marketing, sale, and leasing of commercial, investment, industrial, and multifamily properties Kyle owns several thousand square feet of commercial investment properties, so he has first-hand experience in what his clients are looking for. Outside of the commercial real estate world, Kyle spends his free time working on his century farm in Ozark and weekends on Table Rock Lake.

Shane Nelson

Shane has been an Ozark resident since 2002. He graduated from Cabool High School in 1986 and attended Missouri State University. He has worked in Ozark since 1993 and owned Ozark Abstract & Title for several years before coming to Estes Stancer Commercial Group. He is very active in the community and serves as president of the Ozark School Board and previously served in many roles including mayor of Ozark, vice president of the Ozark Fire Protection District, chairman of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, president of Rotary, Care to Learn Ozark Advisory Board member and Catholic Business Network of the Ozarks board member. He volunteers with Care to Learn, Ozark Rotary Club and sponsors the Ozark New Teacher Luncheon each year. He and his wife, Carrie, have one daughter, Sophia, who attends Ozark Middle School. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling and spending time with his family and pets.
